OUR COMPANY

Putting our clients’ needs first, always.

we work for you

It is so crucial that we listen to our customers. Why? Simply because our business is not a business without them. Our customers have a weird way of anticipating the future of our business and help us both directly and indirectly shape our business in the right direction.

We don’t win with products; we win with happy customers. We make the experience better at every touch point.

John Koziol CLU, ChFC, LUTCF, CLCS, CFPA

In 2020, I changed the configuration of my agency after Nationwide Insurance changed their distribution model.

Our consumers have multiple ways to interact with us — by phone, text, fax, mobile device, in person, by video and through a highly functional website that supports online transactions.

We are virtual and not limited by geographical boundaries. I use blogs and social media to provide the types of insights and insurance, retirement, and investment knowledge that consumers are looking for.

Consumers are changing, and I want my agency to evolve and accommodate those changes.

My concept is making the consumer’s experience consistent, convenient, and personalized at every stage of their buying or service journey.

I am a lifelong learner and enrolled in the Horn Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Delaware. Member of CrossFit Wheelhouse in Avondale, PA. I provide seed monies and mentor startups who could use our advice.

I am married to Maryann, a special education teacher, and have been blessed with 4 children. I recently helped my oldest son demo and update his 1840 farmhouse in Landenberg PA and learning how to become a hobby farmer.
